New Game of Thrones Character Posters / Is Everyone 1/2 Na'vi?

So, HBO posted some new character posters for Game of Thrones over on their twitter account. I want to fangirl as hard as the next person as soon as I see anything new from GoT, but these posters are... different. Are the characters all half Na'vi, à la Avatar? What's with the weird over-photoshopped blue shadows?
